This past weekend I felt out of alignment and knew I needed to get back to the basics and restart my morning meditation practice.

While some people have beautiful consistent meditation practices that have lasted, months, years, or decades, my personal morning practice comes and goes. Yet I love how morning meditations can set the tone for my day by starting with an intentional commitment to myself.
